The past few months have been a whirlwind of creativity, connection, and unforgettable experiences at Home Makers Club. We’ve been popping up in new spaces, co-creating inspiring projects, and bringing people together through hands-on creativity. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to lately.
School Holiday Kids’ Craft
at The Farm
This school holidays, we took our Kids’ Craft Club to the farm, where little creators got their hands busy with nature-inspired art and crafty fun. It was the perfect setting—sunshine, fresh air, and endless creativity. Watching kids explore, experiment, and bring their ideas to life in an outdoor space reminded us why we love what we do. Seeing their faces light up as they proudly showed off their creations made it all the more special.
Creative Fun at Common People Brewing
We brought creativity and community to Common People Brewing, turning their space into a hub of paint-splattered joy, laughter, and great conversations. Craft beer and craft-making proved to be the perfect match. Whether it was a relaxed Paint & Sip or a hands-on creative session, this partnership has been all about bringing people together in a fun, laid-back environment. A night out doesn’t have to be just drinks—adding a creative experience makes it all the more memorable.
Co-Creating the TRUE FORM Exhibition
One of the most exciting projects we’ve been part of is co-creating the TRUE FORM exhibition, an artistic showcase exploring self-expression, movement, and identity. Featuring the works of Fiona Trease, Ali Marie Parker, Cassidy Jackson, and Karlea Louise. It has been an honour to contribute to something so meaningful, collaborating with talented artists and storytellers to bring a vision to life. This exhibition isn’t just about art—it’s about celebrating who we are, how we move through the world, and the forms we take. Being part of this project has been a truly inspiring experience.
With Love in Our Hearts
One day, Becca had a thought—what if we could share the magic of our Home Maker Club with the wider community? For years, Becca had gathered with friends, crafting, cooking, and enjoying each other's company in a safe space filled with creativity, healing, and laughter. It was a place where we could just ‘be’. But what if we could invite others in, to experience that same warmth and joy?
Without a moment’s hesitation, Sascha was all in. We both felt it—this idea had a quiet magic of its own. We imagined a space where adults could express their creativity, heal, and share stories, while children could explore, play, and discover their own joy. A place where everyone, no matter their age, could come together to grow and learn.
And so, with love in our hearts and a shared passion for connection, we set out to bring this vision to life. Today, we’re thrilled to open our Home Makers Club doors to the Byron Bay community, offering workshops filled with creativity, laughter, and a sense of belonging.
What started as a friendship has grown into a beautiful community, where Sascha and Becca continue to nurture each other and inspire others to do the same.
This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to share this journey with you.

3. Home Makers Club
Unleash your creativity with Home Makers Club while you’re in Byron! Gather your crew for a hands-on creative workshop where you can explore new skills, make something memorable, and share a unique experience together. Whether it’s a private session or a group gathering, our workshops are designed for all ages to relax, create, and connect. Book your spot and add a little creativity to your Byron adventure.
4. Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary
Meet over 100 amazing Australian animals at this fun bio-park! Kids can enjoy mini-golf, a playground, and even participate in cool animal experiences. It’s a wild day out for all ages!

5. The Farm
A family favorite! Join guided tours, feed the animals, or take a self-guided walk through beautiful grounds filled with macadamia trees and friendly pigs. Kids can even grab a fun “passport” to enhance their adventure!

For a magical experience, check out the Brunswick Heads Fairy Trail! This delightful activity is completely free and will have your little ones on a quest to find hidden fairy houses, each with a positive message about kindness and nature.
